Recently there have been a few people wanting to know why they have not been mentioned in the diaries, the most noticeable being Adam Kay, whose behaviour in the past few days has seen his eventual inclusion. Today I received an e-mail from Robin Haynes and John Whiting, two of the college's socialites, wanting to know why their lives were not documented for all to see. Their implication was that our lives are dreary and boring, and I would have to agree with them. But on the other hand I'm sure tales of John's drunken antics (hysterical though they may be) or Robin's dubious sexual conquests (despite the fascinating anthropological insight they would provide) would pale eventually.
