Another joyous Friday night experience. Chris revealed the fact that he had made a bet with himself that Dave would get off with Becky Nicholson (i.e. if this event occurred, Chris would generously buy himself a cream bun). This got back to Dave, and we swiftly bounced the bet back in his face, and proposed that the bet should be about him and Becky. He seemed unimpressed by the idea. Becky, when told of the bet, was even less impressed. Evidently she has the good sense to merely beat Chris up, rather than becoming romantically involved with the man who was a bastard to one of her friends.
