Channel 4 is running a series of Vietnam war films. Tonight's is Apocalypse Now, a most excellent cinematic treat. We therefor decided to have a night in with some beer (although Mark and Chris have little or no beer left) and a few friends.   I was roundly (and validly) criticised for quoting lines out loud. I was also (rather harshly) criticised for mouthing lines. Surely this interrupts no-one? It's a hard life.
			The characters and situations in this diary are entirely imaginary and bear no relation to any real person or actual happenings. Any resemblance to such things is coincidental, or just for humourous effect. All names have been chosen to implicate the innocent.
