Term has now ended. I can stay in bed and not feel guilty. I stay in bed and don't feel guilty.

There is something very nice about not having to do anything constructive. I have vacation work to do, but that can be left until Monday.

We convinced Sarah Lee to stay for a curry. She can just about stand a korma. We had a madras. I felt rather guilty about it, all things considered, since it was me that said 'it's not that hot, really'. It was hot. Oh well.

Yesterday was Chris Seward's birthday, so Flat 3 held a CHRIStmas party tonight. We all went round and drank mulled wine, burnt our mouths on Andy's homemade mince pies and generally made merry. I was accused of being drunk, when I was actually just relaxed and happy now that term has ended. These things happen.
