Today I noticed that the helpful bloke from Thames Trains had given me a ticket to go home tomorrow, instead of for next Saturday. This was not good. Having dashed to the station, I then stood in the inevitable queue before being told that the ticket I had wasn't going to allow me to travel next Saturday and that the only way to change it was to upgrade to an Open Return. £75 of Open Return. I coughed up, with bad grace.

We went out to the Radcliffe Arms for dinner and then to the Horse and Jockey. I became bored and came home to watch the TV. Another exciting Friday night in Flat Five.
