line

Bought a washing line today. Now we have access to the garden, when can have line-dried clothes! I get excited by the strangest things these days.

50p from Tesco wasn't bad. The knots I used to string it up would proably make my dad wince, though.

reed

Sara found out today that Reed Employment, the temp agency she used to work for, has been telling prospective employers that she never worked for them. That's really going to help her find work.

Fortunately she doesn't usually cite them as referees, but it's held up at least one application. We found her P45 and old payslips, so we can go and have words soon.

back to work

Back to work I go. There's a web site to finish, and people to train. Not to mention an e-mail backlog to clear.
