Try as I might, I can't recall what I did for large parts of today. I know I was in the office, and I know I didn't fall asleep, but I can't balance the day's output with the time it took to get there.
I'm sure the lost time will re-appear eventually.

thoughtless customers
Weekend shifts are normally pretty quiet, and this weekend was no exception. Apart from the problem reported just before the kick-off of the England-Georgia rugby match, which took about an hour and a half to fix.
The paranoid part of me suspects they did that just to spoil my rugby-watching. How inconsiderate.
